If I put on a brave face for the camera, even if only for a few seconds, someone will snap a photo that will make me seem tough for all eternity – not because I like to eat bugs.

Carmen - I AM tough, for very, very short periods at a time. And for your second question, well, I had a crush on my dentist. That translates into regular check-ups. Oh, and Crest White strips.
Protein, right? That's what they "say" but I don't think protein should come with crunching, or wiggling for that matter. YIIICK!
